• You agree not to share login credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of policies.

4. Course Access

• Course access is granted after successful payment.
• Access duration depends on the course plan (lifetime or limited period).
• Downloading or distributing course content without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments

• All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
• Prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.
• A 10% commission may be deducted from vendor sales (if applicable).

6. Vendor / Instructor Terms

• Vendors are responsible for course quality and accuracy.
• Payouts are processed monthly (on or after the 1st of each month).
• Platform commission applies as per agreement.
• We reserve the right to remove courses violating policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform including videos, text, logos, designs, and certificates are the intellectual property of Arrival Educare or respective instructors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arrival Educare is not responsible for learning outcomes, career results, technical interruptions, or third-party service failures. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, policy violation, or non-payment.

10. Governing Law
