Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted if:
- Requested within 7 days of purchase
- Course not completed more than 20%
- Valid reason provided
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- Certificate already issued
- Course fully accessed
- Special discounted offers (if mentioned non-refundable)
- Violation of platform policies
3. Refund Process
- Email refund request to support@arrivaleducare.in
- Mention order ID and reason
- Processing time: 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Subscription Plans
If subscription-based, users may cancel anytime. No refund for partially used billing cycles.
5. Platform Rights
Arrival Educare reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after review.
